Where is Catalyst Campus located?Catalyst Campus is located at #46, Block C, Summit Business Centre, 16 Chelsea Avenue, Kingston, Jamaica. We’re centrally positioned with easy access to major business hubs. Do you provide parking?Yes. Free, secure parking is available for members and guests at 16 Chelsea Avenue and 12 Ruthven Road. Can I tour the campus before booking?Absolutely. Book a free tour with our team and explore the campus to see which space fits your needs.
Membership & Booking
Do I need a membership to use the space?No. You can book a day pass, meeting room, or event space without a membership. For frequent use, flexible monthly memberships and corporate packages are available. How do I book a space?You can book directly through our website, contact our team by email at campus@catalyst.inc, or schedule through Cobot. Corporate clients can also set up recurring bookings. Can I book a private office?Yes. Our Annex offers fully furnished, lockable private offices for 1–6 people, designed for teams who need a secure, move-in ready workspace. Do you have privacy options for calls or confidential work?Yes. Our privacy pods are sound-insulated, ventilated, and equipped with power outlets for private calls and focused work.
Workspace & Facilities
What types of workspaces do you offer?We provide coworking desks, meeting rooms, private offices, lounges, privacy pods, and event rentals for workshops, mixers, and corporate functions. What amenities are included?All spaces include high-speed Wi-Fi (Digicel + Starlink), complimentary coffee and tea, secure parking, and 24/7 security. Offices and meeting rooms also include furniture, presentation tools, and cleaning services. Is there Wi-Fi and power backup?Yes. We provide dual Wi-Fi connections for reliability, plus a backup generator to keep you online without interruption. What are your opening hours?Coworking spaces and meeting rooms are open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Private offices and corporate packages include 24/7 access. Do you offer printing?Members have 24/7 access to printers, scanners, and copiers with convenient billing integration to your account.
Events & Hosting
Do you host events?Yes. We host everything from board meetings and workshops to mixers and private celebrations. Packages are customizable with space, amenities, and optional add-ons. Do you offer catering?Yes. We partner with trusted providers to deliver affordable, high-quality catering for meetings and events. Do you offer equipment rental for AV equipment?Yes. Event rentals include venue setup, basic AV equipment, security staff, and custodial services. These require booking > 1 week in advance to ensure equipment is reserved and available.
